Interview
Initial screening telephone interview by Head of Recruitment, who was very personable, kept me informed throughout the whole process and a pleasure to deal with. [Infact everyone I came into contact with starting at reception where all very personable].
2nd f2f interview with Associate Director, informative meeting but unfortunately HofR was unable to attend at the last minute [in hindsight it would have helped the whole process and ultimately final feedback had that been possible].
3rd f2f interview with CSD and Head of People, interesting interview with probing questions and positive remarks were made to the answers during the interview. HofP had a handful of character questions - be prepared! Unfortunately the interview was cut short by a company emergency so I was unable to reciprocate with my own list of questions in any great depth, which felt rushed and I believe also impacted, the final disappointing outcome.
The whole process did take an unbelievably long time, however it's all experience, which I will take forward on my career defining journey and know that there is another company out there who will be lucky to have me !

Nothing that you wouldn’t expect at this level, just normal experience / competency questions throughout. Best come prepared with examples
Two rounds of interviews - first with the talent lead and then a presentation with directors to go through the task I was given to do. It was a launch campaign and had a week to get it done.
