Interview
You will get paid for your work and what you bring to the company as it will not matter on hours or any thing like that it will matter how produce result in new program and how you host a radio show for 30 minutes.
Excessively poor result can get you nothing because you have to buy in to the first radio show. you price depend on what you expected.
