My experience interviewing with this company felt disorganized and lacking in clear communication. I initially interviewed with the VP of Sales and was informed that I was not selected for the role. About two weeks later, I was contacted again and invited to continue in the process. I ultimately completed four interviews and an assignment as part of the evaluation. During one of the later interviews with an executive team member, the conversation felt somewhat unstructured. There appeared to be some confusion around who I had already met with, whether I had completed the assignment, and my background, which made the process feel less coordinated than expected. After completing all steps, I was again not selected, with limited feedback provided. While I understand that not every candidate can be chosen, more transparency around decisions would have been helpful, especially given the time commitment involved. I would encourage the company to improve alignment across interviewers and provide clearer communication to candidates throughout the process.
