Interview
I received an email to set up my first phone interview in late July. I eventually had four different phone interviews over a 2-3 week period. About 3-4 weeks after the initial interview I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview. It was fairly laid back. I interviewed with four different people, three of whom I had phone interviewed with already. I felt the interview went very well. Everyone was easy to talk to, they asked quite a few questions that I had already answered over the phone. We joked around and I felt quite comfortable talking with all of them. However, I didn't get the job, they claimed it was because I didn't have any OR experience though it was not listed as a requirement in the job listing. Everyone during the phone interviews knew and told me it was ok. If I had known that was an issue before the face-to-face interview I could have shadowed, so I felt it was a weak excuse. However, I really liked the people I interviewed with and would definitely apply with them again.
