Interview
I was interviewed in a 3 step interview process for Senior Software Engineer in Portugal. Process was fast paced which is good and eventually I passed the 3 phases. I received a confirmation from the recruiter saying they liked my application and would extend me an offer, but didn't do it right away. I waited for about 10 days without a response and eventually they said they reconsidered, out of nowhere, making it be a very disappointing experience overall.

Position - Senior Backend Developer (NodeJS)
Overall process what pretty fast, 3 interviews within 2 weeks:
1. Default screen interview with HR
2. Short test task on hackerrank, including some technical questions and practical task
3. Technical interview with enginer from company, discussing different approaches in development, task on system design, theory about microservices, basics of nodejs, and short livecoding task.
4. Interview with tech lead and HR of team, discussing my technical experience, and different questions on soft skills (like conflicts, uncomfortable situations, etc)
No offer received yet (3 weeks past last interview)
