Interview
There were four rounds of interviews. The phone interview, a group interview, an interview with HR and then a final interview with the director.
It also included a writing homework and had to submit transcripts in you were less than three years out of school.

Interview
They have a very specific work culture/philosophy. Several rounds of phone interview since I was not located in the city. The first couple rounds were straight forward and relatively enjoyable. The last round was one of those rounds to see how you processed information and your ability to deal with pressure, followed by a writing assessment. HR was great throughout the process.
