Interview
An initial interview is conducted by the HR country manager. She asked me of my previous experience in the design and if I have the technical experience in overseeing a production process. After I've satisfied her inquiries and passed the initial interview, I was scheduled to have a phone interview with the marketing director who is based in the US. She asked similar questions regarding my experience and technical know how plus my experience in handling a team of designers. I provided details on my resume regarding my experiencing in training designers from my previous projects.

How familiar are you with the design process of catalogs
Pretty typical panel interview with the HR manager and the product manager. The process was fairly quick as well. The background check was the slowest part of the process. There was the phone screen then the in-person part of the process.
