Avoid at all costs. I was contacted by a recruiter about a diagnostic sales position. I asked them what the compensation was and they said Bracco does not disclose that information until the interview stage. They added that to prevent wasting my time, I was welcome to share with her what kind of money I would need to make to consider interviewing. Guess what? My time has already been wasted. Any intelligent candidate will realize Bracco is trying to lowball them. If they're not transparent at the beginning of a relationship, why should anyone expect them to be transparent during their tenure? They shouldn't.
