Interview
The interview process starts with a screening, typically a phone or zoom call, with someone from HR and then typically you would meet with the partners/principles available or specific to your area of interest/expertise. This second interview usually takes place in person.
Firstly an introduction regarding the i nterview, then social with all persons, then group all candidates as team to discuss the questions they asked, and also provided some materials to let us discuss some the potential proposal.
Process starts with an open house in the fall and then leads to two potential interviews. Staff likes to jeep a laid back feel to see how you will fit in that atmosphere.
