      Flutter Developer Interview

      May 27, 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Boycor in Jan 2026

      Interview

The first interaction with the recruiter felt quite surface-level. After I clearly explained my situation (B2B work format), there was no further meaningful conversation. There were no follow-up questions and no attempt to better understand my profile or explore whether other opportunities could be a fit. The communication ended without continuation. This kind of approach shows that the initial HR screening can often be quite mechanical and has limited impact on evaluating a candidate properly. It gives the impression that the process is more about filtering than understanding people and their potential.
