Lot of back and forth via email to schedule. Interviewer insisted that i have my camera on, while theirs remained off. Lot of static, difficulty hearing questions. Interviewer was very apologetic, but was still a rather unpleasant experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bounteous (Manassas, VA)

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Initial 45 mins phone screen followed by 5 interview rounds with various senior level staff. 4 of those interviews were 45mins long and last one was 1 hour long. Very thorough and intensive process but the recruiter was very responsive and coordinated very efficiently.

Process is thorough, there are several rounds of interviews. You meet with several teams that you will be working with to see if you are a good fit. HR is timely at feedback, which is nice. I enjoyed getting to know everyone during the process.
