      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boundless (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2022

      Interview

It was a 5-10 min zoom call just to follow up for the next day. very short and inconvenient. Was placed with other people, no sense of intimacy or them actually wanting to hire me, just gathering everyone who applied and seeing whod show up to a zoom interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Boundless in Nov 2022

      Interview

This is one of the least professional interview experiences I have ever had. The whole process left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The interview was rescheduled twice, no biggie. The interviewer showed up a couple of minutes late to the Zoom without apology, again, a little unprofessional but no biggie. My name was mispronounced and I was called a different name, again, understandable, but this was beginning to add up. The coup de grace: there was another candidate interviewed simultaneously. We were asked the same questions and answered in turn. There was no prior notice about this style of interviewing. I understand having to interview multiple candidates on a time crunch right before Thanksgiving, but I found it highly unprofessional to not have been even given notice. Not only that, we had applied for different role titles (Marketing Assistant vs. Junior Project Manager), yet this distinction was never addressed. This leads me to believe that Boundless posted the role under different titles on job boards. In addition, there was no time for questions allotted at the end. We were asked if we would be available for a second interview that Friday at 8am (Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving) if we were to progress to the next round. After the interview, I was sent an email informing me that I was a no-show to the call (???) in error. For those applying, be wary. This process does not indicate a company that respects its employees or candidates.
