This is the worst company interms of communication. I applied for Art direction and got an assignment which I finished and shared on time. After 2-3 days got call from HR stating that there is some gap between my assignment and brief. Acc to them my work is not up to the mark, but this was quite confusing when HR told me they really like my profile and wanted to go for 2 assignment where they will give me proper brief, On the same day I got mail for Interviewing me from Head of Design but this time they changed my role to Junior Graphic Designer. There is no proper communication between teams internally. And the funniest part is Head of design don't had any idea I applied for Art Director. What a waste of time.
