Interview
First, had a phone interview. Next, went in for three in person interviews with a different manager. All three had great questions and didn't try to sugar coat the job: It's hard work for little pay, so you have to love it, and you have to accept that you can't change anyone. You can only help them in the ways they will let you. Really eye opening interview.

This job is very difficult, because you see people making a change for the better in their lives, and then they can relapse into old bad habits. How will you be able to handle the clients who don't want help/don't want to change, and just want to continue to remain homeless?
