I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boudin Bakeries in Jul 2020
Interview
It was something fairly quick. The interviews are split into two, one day with the general manager, then another interview with the assistant manager. I had my first interview on June 17th. It was short, I really got to know the manager who seemed very laid back, sweet, the employees seemed very comfortable around her, she had good vibes that made me feel comfortable in a way that showed that I could be myself when answering her questions. She told me what day to day things look in this position, what I would have to wear, requirement of a food handler card, and about dual training for the other positions. I was told to expect a call soon from the assistant manager. I received the call and set up the interview on June 3rd. I met up with the assistant manager who was a huge sweetheart. I really felt comfortable around her, which put my nervousness down and really felt like I could work at a place like this. She asked me the questions and let me know at the end that she really liked me and told me to expect a call in a few days from the manager. I'm currently waiting on it.
They also like to keep their interviews short and simple, so you shouldn't worry about if you've messed up or not.
the interview consisted of basic questions, nothing I could not anticipate, not very formal and generally easy. the managers were not intimidating and were not very prepared. overall easy experience
It was something simple, went by pretty quick. Met up with the manager, got asked a few questions, no currently waiting t find out if I got the job or not.
