      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Boston University

      Interview

The Program Manager went over the job description, went over my experiences, and ended up talking in length about the research and day-to-day expectations. The experiences that were underlined were people skills, population engagement, foreign language abilities. I was asked lab skills and openness to working with invasive biospecimen collection methods, handling fluids, etc. The PM did not use behavioral interview questions.

      Interview

The interview process was very positive and well-structured. It began with an initial greeting, followed by several one-on-one conversations. I found that the PIs were all very friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in my research background. They focused on both technical skills and cultural fit, making the entire experience feel more like a professional dialogue than a high-pressure interrogation.

      Interview

The interview process is relatively straightforward. Just typical calls with behavioral questions, coding tasks as well as explaining your resume and methodology through some problems. Overall a great experience, if you are a student it should be very easy!
