Online assessment and dexterity test.
Online assessment was basic English language test and mathematical, junior cert level at best. Was given 30 minutes to complete and passed it in less than half that.
Dexterity test involved placing needles into little holes within a time.

Question 1
Give an example of when you overcame a problem as a part of a team?
Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.

My interview experience with Boston Scientific/ICE Group was somewhat mixed. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview with a reputable company, I found the overall process to be a bit lengthy and somewhat disorganized.
I experienced multiple changes to the interview date and time—about three times in total.
