3 step interview process. Very manageable and required only a little prep work. They asked normal situational questions that challenge your interpersonal skills to see if you will be a good fit working with the public.

Describe a time that you had to deal with a difficult person and what did that experience look like.
Describe a time that you had to have a difficult conversation with someone and tried to get them to see your side.
Had the initial call and never heard back after the call. I wrote to them to follow up and did not receive a reply. Any response is better than no response.

Initial phone screening with basic interview questions. Follow up interview was pretty in-depth. It was 2.5 hours with 4 different people back to back. Asked a lot about work experience and situational questions!
