Very easy interview. You don't have to prepare. Be confident and comfortable with Your skills. Don't know anybody who didn't get through. Dexterity test before interview which are very easy too and some test on computer checking your English and overall understanding of manufacturing.

Why did You come to Boston and do You Yourself there in few years
Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.

Interview
My interview experience with Boston Scientific/ICE Group was somewhat mixed. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview with a reputable company, I found the overall process to be a bit lengthy and somewhat disorganized.
