quick, simple interview questions about clean room environment, several questions about self and work experience. Not too difficult, a lot of information on role given. Knowledge of cleanroom environments is a bonus
Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.

My interview experience with Boston Scientific/ICE Group was somewhat mixed. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview with a reputable company, I found the overall process to be a bit lengthy and somewhat disorganized.
