Interview
One on one interview consisted of a full day of interviewing with a new person every hour. The interviewers appeared to have different roles as each dug in to a different part of my background. Some were friendly and others were almost confrontational. It was a bad experience and I would not accept a position there if it had been offered.

Give me an example of X where you did X. It was all typical STAR type questions.
There was a meeting on teams with a coordinator, then another meeting with the hiring manager before an in person interview in hemel hempsted where you have to give a presentation. overall an easy process.
I interviewed for a the job at Boston Scientific, and the process was structured and professional. Next was a video interview with the hiring manager, where I answered technical and behavioral questions. The final round was a panel interview with senior team members, including a case study discussion. A week later, HR reached out with an offer. Overall, it was a smooth process with clear communication, and the interviewers were friendly and insightful.

Interview
It was two interviews and then they decided to select another candidate but overall the process was good and the interviewers were knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. Aside from that, Boston Scientific is a very large and competitive company and very difficult to even get into the interview process.
