I applied through the company website and was contacted by the in-house recruiter. I had a screening with the recruiter, two one-hour interviews about my experience and skills, and a culture fit/team interview at the end. The whole process took about 3 weeks and I got an offer which I accepted. My experience was very pleasant and I received a lot of updates from the recruiter, including feedback and general check-ins. I pretty much instantly got the feeling that the company really cares about its employees and culture and I'm delighted I could join them.

Interview
I was approached by a recruiter. After sending through my CV, an interview with one of the founders was organised. The interview was an hour long chat about my experience.
After that, I was ghosted! Pretty astounding, and highly unprofessional.
I was able to get a response by following up with the recruiter.
Complete waste of time.

Interview
I had a programming test and an in person interview at their office in London. The test took an hour or so, unfortunately they could not extend the curtasy to tell me I had not succeeded. Instead they just ghosted me. Never heard from them after the interview.
My advice, dont waste your time with these guys.
