I had two interviews set up for the day I went to interview at Boss Enterprise. I had to cancel my second interview because they were running late. My appointment was at 12:15 and I didn’t get interviewed until 1. The interview was pretty easy but felt really rushed as they still had people to interview after me. They interviewed 2 people at a time which made me feel like I was competing against the person with me and was slightly uncomfortable. I’ve been in group interviews before but just 2 people at a time makes it seem more competitive and slightly more stressful. They were really nice and apologetic for running late, but my experience threw me off a bit and just didn’t feel like it was a good fit.
