The process was clear from the beginning with a misalignment on the offer versus what I was looking for but I was flexible and accepted to adjust. Had 3 interviews, a screening one with HR, a second with a team member and a final one with a line manager and another potential colleague. All interviews went well and was waiting for feedback on the decision when the HR simply ghosted me. I've tried to chase a couple of times with weeks apart and to more than one HR contact. No one has bothered to reply to any of the emails or provide feedback of any kind.
