Hr on teams, then teams call with 2 members of staff, called for interview to office 2 more members of staff, introduced to manager. After all that didn’t get the job. All unnecessary!

I only got as far as the HR screening process and then the company ghosted me.
No response to e-mails, no feedback, no rejection. Very unprofessional.
How hard is it to send an e-mail to say you were unsuccessful.
The interview process included two online assessments. The interviewer was friendly and more like a chat. The job was then re-advertised with a different job title and I had to ask if I was still being considered for the role.
