I applied online. I interviewed at Boost Payment Solutions in May 2019
Interview
1.Phone interview - Typical questions such as :why do you want to work here? Tell me about yourself. If you make it pass this stage, they will immediately ask if you would like to come in for a interview.
2. In person assessment , Typing test ( you will have to write out a paragraph ) Excel ( add a number by percentage, subtract a # by a percentage) Salesforce( input data into the CRM which is extremely outdated).
3. In person interview( Meet with HR, team members, the director and then the CEO) The CEO is the determining factor. He is straightforward and to the point.
Whole process took over 2 hours. They stated that they would let me know after a week. Of course a week has gone by and still no response. This is the norm for most companies these days they meet you , shake your hand and never follow up. At least send a rejection notice.
Asked about the Salary conditions: $50000- $55000, $10,000 increase every year, 2 weeks vacation, benefits the works.
Good Luck!

At the first and only interview I met with the CEO. He was abrupt and dismissive. It was very unpleasant and I didn't understand why they called me for am interview in the first place.
