Boos & Associates interview questions

Interview was professional and on track. They asked about my work experiences and also some technical questions. The questions seemed fair and relevant to the position I was applying to.

Met with a senior, the office manager, and the owner. The interviews were vague and although they had planned to ask formal questions the interviews didn't really go that way. Seemed very disorganized and indecisive. I followed up later and was told they were still looking at candidates, but learned that they had actually already hired someone. They never bothered to let me know. I would say this was probably one of the worst experiences I had out of the many firms I interviewed with here--there were others that never got back to me, but this was the only one where they were outright dishonest about it. But from reading the employee reviews I feel like I may have dodged a bullet by not getting hired here!
