I only was involved in the initial interview with the recruiter. I felt that the recruiter was as dishonest as the how the organization is reflected by its own employees' reviews.

Talked with CRO and manager and they said they were finding a role for me and bring me on the team. That was 3 weeks ago. I have reached out to numerous people many times and no one has enough time to just email me back even if there is no update. I have never been ghosted like this before and the lack of respect I have been shown has been stunning as I heard great things about the company.

The interview process was fine. The interviewer was out to get me from the moment we started. He didn't have my resume nearby. He told me it would be a conversational interview and then proceeded to ask me questions and roleplay the entire time and let me ask one question with one minute left. He told me I asked the wrong question. I have met and worked with many sales teams in my years, but this is not a sales leader.
