Interview
The third round was with the direct manager of the department. The interview was shortened from 45 to 30 minutes, which felt rushed, especially since the manager joined late. During the conversation, the manager was abrupt and dismissive when discussing my motivations and background for applying. Due to the rushed and abrasive tone, I ultimately chose to withdraw from the process.

Interview
I appreciate the transparency throughout the entire interview process. I first met with the recruiter for an initial interview to see if I was a good fit. I then progressed to meeting with 2 different managers of the CS team. Followed by a peer interview and a panel exercise as the final round.
