The interview process went smoothly via Zoom. They record your interview and use an AI tool, Fireflies, to generate "notes" from your interview. They told me they would send over the recording and the notes to the hiring managers and see if I would move forward. Crickets since then, absolutely no response. Sending a rejection email will be nice and/or providing feedback but absolutely nothing. Very weird for a company that doesn't get too many applicants in the first place. Will not recommend.
