Booj Web Developer interview questions

Talked with one of the technical leads, he told me about their processes and products, what a typical day looks like, etc. All sounded good until we got to salary, and they were looking to pay $40k, which was appalling based on my resume, current compensation, other offers, and the tech scene in Denver overall.
