The interview process ran pretty smoothly. The recruiter was a great communicator and updated me every step of the way. The process involved an interview with the recruiter, then hiring manager, and then a presentation to the hiring manager and select team members. They operate very much like a start-up, loads of questions, and a lot of discussion throughout the presentation.

Interview
The interview process was professional and comfortable at the same time. I cannot say enough about the level of communication throughout the process, which leads me to believe the company stands behind communication with the employees as well. With each round they ask that you come as you are, really be yourself. It was easy to do as each round was professional in getting to know me, my skills and figuring out if I was a right fit for the position. The whole process was top notch and all that you read about online about Bombas proves to be true during the interviewing process.
