Bombardier Graduate Program - Services Execution interview questions

1) CV / online application 2) Online assessment (mixture of maths, logic, verbal reasoning and personality questions - ) - Not difficult however you have to work quickly to complete it in the allocated time - lost marks for unanswered questions 3) Phone interview - non technical (competency based questions, what you know about Bombardier, why bombardier, why this scheme, questions about myself eg strengths and weaknesses etc) 4) Assessment center day (Group activity, Analytical presentation and a one-on-one interview) The group activity and presentation can not be prepared for, the relevant information / case studies are provided on the day which explain the task. The interview consisted of 4 competency (eg examples of team work, problem solving etc)based questions and 2 technical ones
