A recruiter contact was followed by a request to do a "test project", followed by a video interview to present and review the test project. Afterwards, zero follow-up. Whole thing felt almost scammy; like the project request was a pretense to fish for ideas. Absence of follow-up (not even "We've decided to go in a different direction," or whatever) suggests institutional incompetence. Let's hope their clinical chops are more refined. This sort of public-facing behavior does not burnish the reputation of the pharma. industry. If they're not sophisticated enough to send a follow-up note, how are these guys developing drugs?
