Negative experience overall, didn't go further than the recruiter. They were surprised when I asked about diversity in the workplace, which should tell you something. Most questions were to see whether I had the right experience and about my CV.

This was followed by interview with the MD as well as the HR director
Fairly straightforward interview process. Expectations are to be crisp and precise on communication about past experience and skills which we bring to the table
