I applied online and I had to wait about one month for receiving the invitation for online interview with Hiring Manager. I was explain that HR would have come into picture only in case of an offer, in order to avoid unnecessary steps. The hiring manager provided a short but yet accurate overview of the Company and a good description of the position in term of Context, targets and tasks. The interview had a pleasant atmosphere and I felt quite relaxed. I had very good feeling about the company (no pressure about my current long notice period, no discussion about money - he mentioned he was confident that an agreement could be found in case of selection).
