I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Bridgeport, CT) in Feb 2022
Interview
Extraordinarily little human involvement. Complete disconnect from talent and filtering based on buzzwords. Search for a technical/mechanical fit of a screw into a pre-determined location without much of a vision. Very disappointing to hear from the interviewers that they were there because of a paycheck and thought that the work was mundane and uninspiring.

Interview
Wonderful and transparent. Best interview process I've participated in. The hiring manager was the lead, recruiting was professional and courteous. I knew where I stood throughout the process no surprises
