HR Screening, Manager Interview, Full Day Panel Interview. Manager was great, but I could had a lot on their plate, they were trying to build a strong team, seemed to have challenges with turnover and culture.

Found by 3rd party recruiting firm, The Fountain Group. They helped me format my resume for Boehringer then I had an hour long phone interview after which I was offered the position.
