Very casual. Two levels of interviews; one with sales manager and one with Head of Sales. No role plays, no presentations. Just casual conversations on past experiences in sales and what's my 5-year plan.
Not very professional yoh can rate it as average or below I would recommend to prepare yourself and be onetime for the interview, focus on your experience not achievements but also have your numbers in mind just in case
