Everything moved quickly at first. Everyone was polite and organized for the in-person interview. However afterward, I followed up with a thank you and then two check-ins but never received even an email saying I was declined. If you ask someone to take time off for an in-person interview, at least give them the respect of a notification that they weren’t selected.

Das war ein ganz gezieltes und professionelles Prozess, das in drei Runden organisiert wurde, Zuerst, eine (virtuelle) Fachaufgabe, dann Einladung fürs HR Screening und Meeting mit dem Team vor Ort.

Interviewees were very friendly and you get to find out more about what the company does during the interview. Had to sit for a writing test after the interview but that was manageable as well
