I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Fort Dodge, IA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Straight forward, they were focused on technical skills primarily and then on personality on group fit. Once an offer was made, there was no real negotiation. They stuck to their original offer.Initially, I was being interviewed by multiple persons, each of them taking turns asking questions, mostly technical in nature. I was given a tour of the facilities at this time also.
