Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods interview questions

I initially interviewed for this role back in July 2025 and made it to the final round. The team ultimately chose another candidate, which made sense, as that person had print vendor-side experience. However, a few months later, the company reached back out to say that person had left and they wanted to re-interview me for the same position. The process this second time was pretty intense: two rounds of interviews, including a panel with procurement and creative leadership. Both conversations went really well, and I was told I’d hear back “by the end of the week.” That was followed by multiple follow-up messages over two weeks, each saying they’d be in touch “soon,” but no updates ever came on the original timeline. Eventually, they set up a meeting just to tell me they had gone with another candidate again. Overall Impressions: Everyone I met with was kind and professional, the interviews themselves were great. But the communication outside of those calls left a lot to be desired. After being asked to re-interview with urgency (while I was transparent about holding another offer), the lack of follow-through and clarity was frustrating and felt a bit disorganized. Advice to Management: If you’re going to re-engage previous finalists for a role, especially those who are upfront about their timelines, please be clear, decisive, and timely in your communication. Candidates will respect honesty far more than being left in limbo.
