First, had a phone screening then was given some take-home problems. When moving on to the in-person interview I asked the recruiter what to expect, he joked about a hazing process so I figured nothing to worry about. Then was met by 5+ people for a panel-style interview and was ill-prepared due to poor communication with the recruiter. After the interview, I was then ghosted by the recruiter who had told me he would be in touch.
- Recruiter call basically went over being able to work - Hour long call with engineers. Super simple "test." - After that, expect to receive a rejection/acceptance after around a week.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bluestaq (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jun 2022
Interview
Had a phone screening and went over their benefits and my resume. It was roughly 20 minutes long. The they said they are going to send me to the next 1:1.
The 1:1 had pretty standard questions and at the end I asked if I did well and I received good feedback and that I did well. However the next day I received a decline email for the third panel interview for further advancement.
I asked for feedback but I was ghosted and never heard back.
