Basic financial statement question
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blueprint Equity (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was a behavioral interview with some questions about why Blueprint and why Growth Equity. Was referred to the role, so it may be different, but the gist of the conversation was gauging my interest in the work/role. After that round I was asked to compile a list of 10 vertical SaaS companies within their scope and draft emails to each of them (an assignment as the final interview).

Why do you want to work in Growth Equity? Why not something else?
Brief questions about motivations and background and just getting to know you, Fairly conversational, it did not feel like an interview. Overall it was a nice and fair process followed by a case study.
