Interview
Hiring managers spent a lot of time interviewing and asked a lot of detailed questions. Had several interviews and they always acted very personable and down-to-earth. There was none of the stiffness of the usual HR managers asking pointless generic questions. They answered all of my questions completely and made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
