      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BlueLink (Prague) in Mar 2022

      Interview

BlueLink International makes an unpleasant recruiting process, similar to a mining interrogation method of conveyor. By all the process you are contacted by one interviewer, first by email for a questionnaire, and, after more than 2 weeks, secondly by phone to book a video language test and inform you on the relevance between your questionnaire information and the employment conditions. If you proceed with the proposed reductions, then you go to the third round with the same interviewer who contacted you twice previously. The language test checks your oral skills under recording, it is directly non-objective language assessment based on your facial expressions and the level of your self-confidence, but not real language skills. During the third round the interviewer once again informs you on the employment and the company by 15 minutes, and questions you on your previous professional experience by 45 minutes. The third round, as compared to the first two rounds, is openly focused on eliminating you from the recruiting process instead of proceeding towards your employment. The interview questions press on a sensitive information, including confidential data from your previous employment. While the whole recruiting process is quite neutral with respect to gender, age, sexuality, there is a direct bias put onto both nationality and oral language skills. The whole recruiting process gives you directly the impression they selected you as the last listed candidate, after they interviewed others and did not have other choice or wanted to complete the recruitment procedure for earning money by the interviewer. After first 20-25 minutes of the third round, you have a directly unpleasant impression that your employment with this company is unlikely. The interviewer uses non-neutral language, for example an ambiguous word 'turbulent', with respect to your previous professional experience, just to reduce your professional value to make you more relevant to the work culture and salary conditions of the company. If you show any kind of opposition to your allegedly bad features suggested by the interviewer, then you are automatically out of their scope. Instead of highlighting a candidate, the interviewer proceeds with stubborn highlighting the company, including checking the information which you have on the company, just to reduce your personal self-confidence and force your submissive reactions.
