Interview
I went there to interview for what I thought was a customer service position but it turned out to be for a sales position. I was told that I would be meeting with the Call Center Floor Manager but it ended up being one of the supervisors, and they didn't do a very good job explaining things at first. The interview, in total, took about 2.5 hours because the person interviewing me had to keep asking their boss questions about what to do.

Interview
I was greeted by a friendly girl sitting through the main doors filled out an application and was seen right on time. I was hired and given a full schedule for the week which was great, most jobs you have to go and get a schedule day to day the first week .
