I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Sky Agency (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2021
Interview
A 30 minute phone call with the Art Director & Senior Designer.
The interview went fine until the end when the Director scoffed at my lack of professional experience in InDesign and told me there were plenty of qualified candidates with great portfolios and a lot of people were applying because of losing their jobs in the pandemic.
This was the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard in an interview, period. I honestly didn't know what to say while the Art Director was trying to flex on me during a phone interview except good luck with the other resumes. Even if they contacted me and wanted to offer 6 figures and 3 months vacation - I would not take a job offer from this place. Ever.

Rate yourself in Adobe programs, tell me about your work experience, etc.
Great interview! Felt very relaxed and clicked well the team. Everyone was very easy to talk to and overall I really enjoyed talking to the team. Professional without feeling too stuffy.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blue Sky Agency (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2017
Interview
We set up a time to meet via email. When I arrived at the office, the receptionist did not seem to know I was expected, so I sat in the lobby for a while until I was directed into a conference room. Neither of them knew anything about me – they did not know where I was from, whether I'd graduated and had not taken the time to look at my portfolio beforehand. This made it incredibly uncomfortable. One woman did not speak while the other provided no constructive feedback and was remarkably rude.
To make a bad situation worse, I wasn't escorted out of the building, but left in the threshold of the conference room.
