Scheduled a phone call, then never called and ghosted me. You should be ashamed of yourself. Candidates will remember this astonishing disrespect. Its amazing these recruiters don't think we'll remember your unprofessionalism as well. Its not just the company. We will remember YOUR NAME and how you treated us.

Interview process was incredibly over-complicated with requests to build a presentation on the company itself in the 3rd round. Even for a software engineer this was an abhorrent interview process and I self selected to drop out which does appear to be what they're shooting for with these practices. Trying to weed out anyone who is not completely bought in to their specific company without ever having worked there.
Went through the whole process, just to be ghosted. I received a generic rejection email over the weekend. Zero communication even after multiple follow-ups. As if candidates in this market haven't already had enough people telling them they don't matter.
Applied on company's website. HR reached out and asked a few questions about why Blue Origin and citizenship status. Then scheduled an interview with manger. Did not go past the manager.
