Applied, techinical recruiter called back within 2 weeks going over general details and asked " why blue origin?" and scheduled a technical screen. Technical Screen was over the phone with an experienced engineer with a handful of moderate difficulty questions. After a week they scheduled the presentation/interview to be conducted by multiple members of the team. Presentation had to be on previous projects and experiences then followed by a series of one-on one interviews in the same session.

What is a material that you would consider for an impeller and why?
Start with personal experience. Why Blue? Why look for a new job? Then a lot of technical questions. Interviewed by the manager of the team. Spend around 45 minutes. I asked the interviewer about the day to day activities for the position and what he is really proud of during his time in Blue.
